Who are we?

Tech Zity is a network of innovative workspaces dedicated to supporting Lithuania's start-up and creative industries community. Our mission is not only to provide modern office and event spaces but also to build vibrant, creative communities that foster business growth and the exchange of ideas. We seek out unique, charismatic buildings and breathe new life into them, creating inspiring environments where work, creativity, and leisure intersect.

Tech Zity is more than just workspaces - we’ve created a home for Lithuania’s start-up ecosystem. Our locations are designed for work, events, workations, and leisure, with a focus on community and the ideas sparked by that shared environment.

The story of Tech Zity

For more than a decade, we have mastered what we do best – bringing new life to old spaces, transforming them into the best places to work, create, and relax.

The Beginning of Tech Zity: Tech Arts

Tech Zity’s journey began in 2013, when we breathed new life into an old shop by creating Tech Arts, a space where art and business come together.

Creating Tech Park in Sapiegos Park

Recognizing the need for a home for the growing startup community, in 2016 we transformed an old hospital in Sapiegas Park into Tech Park—the largest technology hub in the Baltics.

Entering Naujamiestis: Tech Loft

As demand continued to grow, in 2020 we converted a former warehouse in central Vilnius into Tech Loft.

Workations for the Community: Tech Spa in Druskininkai

In 2021, seeing the increasing need for flexible workspaces, we launched Tech Spa in Druskininkai—a workation project housed in a former bank building.

Growing: Tech Zity Vilnius

Today, our biggest project is Tech Zity Vilnius, a technology and creative industries campus that will be located on the site of a former sewing factory and will be the largest of its kind in Europe. Opening in the winter of 2026.
